Whether this is your first inversion workshop or you are well versed in the art of handstands, brace yourself as we delve into 5 major components for balancing. In this workshop you will learn measurable exercises and drills that you can implement into your practice to progress in your hand balancing and inversion journey. 

As a group we will create a safe and transformative space that will be appropriate and for all levels of practice.

We all know yoga is good for us but beginning can be daunting. This series is especially designed for beginners and those who want to get back into the practice. In this 4 week series you will learn yoga basics in weeks 1 & 2 followed by an introduction to the Budokon Yoga Primary Series in weeks 3 & 4. 

In week 1 & 2 you will : 

*Learn basic postures
*Learn basic yoga breathing
*Explore the benefits of establishing a personal practice.

Daniel teaches in a relaxed, reality based style. He places a heavy emphasis on anatomically correct movement and proven breathing and relaxation techniques. He has led multiple series including Yoga for men, Introduction to Budokon Yoga and has taught over 1100 hours of public classes. 

Upon completion you will be ready to attend any of the regularly scheduled classes at our location.

In addition to the 4 classes in the series you will receive a free class at any of the regular classes at our location. That is $8 per class.

Thanksgiving tried to bump the Hour of power next week, so we moved it to Wednesday. Come burn some calories and get your zen on before you stuff your face and deal with crazy family. An hour of work followed by an extended blissful lavender towel savanana.
Next week only the hour of power is Wednesday and from 6-7:15 PM. 

Join us in our new space in what is arguably the most powerful yoga class in the Pine belt! What is the hour of power? It is a movement class for those who want to strengthen, lengthen, & gain mobility who don't have time to waste. You will get a solid hour of movement and I make sure to start and end the class on time. Classes can contain traditional yoga postures as well as calisthenics, and drilling from other movement disciplines. Beginners are always welcome.
