We all know yoga is good for us but beginning can be daunting. This series is especially designed for beginners and those who want to get back into the practice.
In this series we will:
1. Learn basic postures
2. Learn basic yoga breathing
3. Explore the benefits of establishing a personal practice.
Daniel teaches in a relaxed, reality based style. He places a heavy emphasis on anatomically correct movement and proven breathing and relaxation techniques. He has led multiple series including Yoga for men, Introduction to Budokon Yoga and has taught over 1000 hours of public classes.
