Learning to hand balance is a process & highly skill-dependent one. Whether this is your first inversion workshop or you are well versed in the art of handstands, brace yourself as we delve into 5 major components for balancing. In this workshop you will learn measurable exercises and drills that you can implement into your practice to progress in your hand balancing and inversion journey.
As a group we will create a safe and transformative space that will be appropriate and for all levels of practice.
